Remember back in the day when you’d hear the far-off sound of music playing? As it got closer and closer, your heartbeat began to quicken. Your mouth began to salivate and the prospect of a sweet treat in the middle of the day. It was our favorite ice cream truck ice creams there to save the day! Also, by back in the day, I mean last Tuesday. Because we all still love a frozen dessert at 2 p.m. and the ice cream truck still is a magic on wheels.
One thing that has never changed regarding the ice cream truck is how freaking hard it is to pick what you want. Standing in front of the menu with endless options, but with only a dollar in your hand. How on Earth do you pick?! Do you go for something fruity or something chocolatey? This is one of my go-to’s. The hard chocolate shell with crunchy peanuts, the creamy vanilla ice cream and to top the whole thing off the chocolate tip of the cone! This is a great option for those days when you want a no-fuss treat.
