There are so many classics signs that you go to West Chester University. You know you go to West Chester University when…

1. You took a selfie with the ram statue and when you were accepted, posted the picture on every social media account you have.

2. While walking into town you break your ankles on the deadly bricks. You have waited in the line for Starbucks for longer than half an hour.

3. You walk aimlessly in a circle around the Sykes food court until you find the shortest line.

 

4. You reach all the way to the back of the drink coolers to get an actually cold drink.

5. You get funny looks on a windy day when you come out of the deadly academic quad wind tunnel with your hair looking all crazy.

6. You wait until that movie you were so excited to see comes out in Sykes so you only have to spend $2 on a movie.

7. Laying on the floor next to the therapy dogs isn’t weird.

 

8. You fall asleep in the hammocks on South Campus and wake up confused as hell.

9. You are afraid to walk across Church Street at first and then give up on caring as the semester goes on.

10. You refuse to go to the rec center because no tank tops allowed. Like, come on now.

West Chester University is my home away from home. It is one of the greatest colleges out there and do not regret making the decision to come here!
