For those of you lucky enough to be heading out to Coachella, one of the biggest music festivals in the world, you should be getting ready for one amazing lineup (HELLO Calvin Harris)! Or maybe you might be going to Ultra, South by Southwest, Counterpoint Festival, or any other music festivals of 2016. Either way, your festival attire is very important because fashion is totally part of the magic that is music festival season. That being said, there are 3 important rules you should follow when dressing for music festival season…and they are all pretty simple.
It’s hot. The days are long. You’re going to be dancing non-stop. Do yourself a favor, wear something that’s light and easy to move around in.
This is your time to shine. Don’t be afraid to stand out – better chances of being photographed for a major fashion magazine! The fashion you can get away with at music festivals is fashion you likely can’t get away with anywhere else, so have fun with it!
The most important thing is that you wear something that makes YOU feel fabulous. At the end of the day, the only opinion that matters is yours!
