If you’ve been out in public at all in the last few months, odds are you’ve seen the classic 90’s style choker ROCKED by at least one (if not many) people. That’s right, the 90’s are coming back, baby. You may be thinking “there’s absolutely no way I could ever pull off a choker.” Well, to be blunt, you’re wrong. Chokers can be rocked by everybody, regardless of what style you identify with on a day-to-day basis!
