Instagram is supposed to be fun, so don’t plan it out too far in advance or it’ll seem like a job. Instead, aim to have 50% of your overall content planned out in advance, then use the other 50% to post organically. This way you can make sure that your Instagram feed always has content for your followers, but allows you to have some fun with the app as well. Planning out your content can also help you organize your time better. If you plan to have one post a day and schedule it to go out at noon then you know you don’t have to be on the app at any other point in the day.

Don’t fill your day up with negativity and envy, instead follow people who inspire you to be a better person. So take your phone out right now and delete all those girls who were mean to you in high school, and that celebrity that makes you feel fat, you don’t need them and they won’t notice you’re gone. Then I want you to start following people who are in the same career path as you, or a career you want, people who post about how great life can be. This way every time you open your phone you feel inspired to do great things with your life.
