1. Bora Bora, French Polynesia

2. Port Douglas, Australia

Port Douglas is very close to the world-famous Great Barrier Reef where it’s not a far snorkel to see many fish species, sea turtles and coral. There are a ton of fun activities to do at Port Douglas some of them being, white water rafting, kite surfing, paddle boarding, and canopy tours in the world’s oldest rainforest. There are two seasons in Port Douglas (wet and dry) and the peak time to travel here is between April and October. You can swim year round in their warm beaches and dine outside year round as well. As with many of these other destinations, Port Douglas is home to some very luxurious hotels with massive pools and spa service.

3. Nassau, Bahamas

Nassau, which is very close to Florida, making it easy to travel to, has the best snorkel and relaxation spas. This place is perfect for families as it has activities for all ages from the zoo to dining tours. Nassau has many 5-star dining experiences and 2 larges casinos to party all night long. Nassau is a great honeymoon location and destination wedding for you love birds. You can spend time at one of their 17 beautiful beaches and take a fishing or sunset cruise.

4. Tamarindo, Costa Rica

Tamarindo has beautiful beaches that are great for surfing whether you’re a beginner or pro. There are tons of activities to do in Tamarindo including zip lining, horse back riding, waterfall hiking, ATV tours and paddle boarding to name a few. There are tons of restaurants in Tamarindo so you’ll never get bored of what you’re eating and there’s something for everyone. Tamarindo has a great night life from karaoke to live music to DJ’s and some places are even open till 2 am. There are tons of high-end shops if you want to spend the day shopping and it’s a great place to just walk around and explore.

5. Ambergris Caye, Beliz

Ambergris Caye’s summer is a lot of people’s winter so it’s a great place to escape the terrible winter weather and usually never gets below 60 degrees so it’s also a great place to travel year round. Ambergris Caye is close to the biggest barrier reef in the Western Hemisphere so it’s a fantastic place to snorkel and explore the ocean. The locals are super friendly so you can learn a lot from them about the city. The island is filled with fresh local foods so each time you eat it will be a unique experience. There are many activities to do from snorkeling to exploring the Mayan ruins and the local bars are a lot of fun with karaoke and live music.

6. St. Kitts and Nevis, The Caribbean

Besides being insanely beautiful just like these other destinations, St. Kitts and Nevis has the last railroad that you can ride on in the Caribbean which is a great way to see the beautiful island. The locals are super friendly and you will feel very welcomed when you’re here. There are a lot of cool places to stay that will make your experience truly unique. There are many activities to do from horse back riding, to ziplining to flyboarding. This island compared to other parts of the Caribbean is relatively affordable so you can make it a group trip.

7. Lombok, Indonesia

Lombak is more untouched and has more nature and is less crowded than other destinations in Indonesia. Because less people travel here, everything is less expensive than more popular travel spots. Lombak is perfect for an intimate getaway or honeymoon as it is beautiful and calm here. You can travel to other islands while you’re here to get the full experience. There are many beautiful islands to explore, a beach with pink sand and the second-highest volcano of Indonesia.

8. Koh Samui, Thailand

Home to culture and beautiful sights, Thailand will not disappoint. The famous Namuang waterfall is a great place to cool off or have a picnic. There are many villages where you can shop and eat and get an authentic experience.
