10 Top Nail Colors Of 2019

The top nail colors for 2019 can be hard to decide on. With style changing so fast it can seem like everything and nothing is actually IN. We did the work so you won’t have to, these are our top 10 nail colors of 2019!

1. Royal Blue

This royal blue color is a great transition color. It is airy enough during the summer but can quickly change once we move into those chilly, fall months. Pair this color with an orange sweater this autumn to get a sophisticated yet bold look.

2. Light Grey

Light grey has been in for years, and you might already find it in your nail polish stash. Yet keeps going because of its versatility. You can keep it very simple with a classic all over grey nail or give it a quick french tip to add delicate detail.

3. Deep Blood Red

Deep blood red is especially popular for these last couple months of 2019. It keeps your look polished (pun intended) while adding a dramatic pop of color. It’s big this year especially if it is paired with an all over red monochrome look or even an all-black outfit. 

4. Dark Olive

We aren’t sure if this is going to be the new Millennium Pink or Gen-Z yellow situation, but we know that this year it will be hard to stay away from. The closer to military green the better for this shade. Quickly adding different green stripes on the third nail is also popular for a DIY camo look.

Who doesn’t like those cute marshmallows in Lucky Charms? When picking out a purple polish this year think of the cereal from your childhood. Make it as milky as possible with a rich undertone of purple. Bonus it will make you look even more tan once winter starts.

For festivals, holiday parties and long wear, the glitter is in. It may be hard to take off but that’s a big reason why people are choosing to paint their nails with chunky glitter for 2019. It may even last through an apocalypse but it’s better than having a chip in three minutes. 

7. Bubblegum Pink

Bright bold bubble gum pink is here in a big way for top nail colors of 2019. It makes a pop of color and creates a Baddie look while rocking your black and white checked streetwear. Adding a pair of matching pink sneakers to your look really encapsulates the 2019 vibes.

Although Gen-Z yellow is a little bit brighter, 2019 is really liking this softer delicate option. It’s not quite a buttercream but a little more yellow so it goes well with most skin colors. Your grandparents might not get why you would want yellow nails but, they also don’t get Snapchat so can we really trust their opinions for style? 

9. Sheer Mauve

10.Black/White

Everyone has a friend this year (or you are the friend) that wears almost exclusively black or white nail polish. It is almost a symbol of friendship if you on the dark side or the light side? Either way, it is versatile and makes any outfit look more pulled together.
