Summer is fast approaching and there is so much to do with so little time. If you’re a Midwest kid, there are tons of different fun things to check out around the area. Here are just 10 things to do in the Midwest during the summertime!

10. Cub’s games at Wrigley Field

It’s actually less of a museum and more of a grown-up playground full of really odd but awesome things to look at and do. There’s even a giant outdoor playground! This amusement park has been named “The World’s Best Amusement Park” in the past and features numerous fun rides and things to do. However, this place is known for their coasters. Cedar Point is home to 16 roller coasters total, one being the Top Thrill Dragster, the second tallest rollercoaster in the world. There’s also hotels, campgrounds and a beach all nearby!

This music festival is a nearly two-week event with hundreds of performers from every possible genre. Across 13 stages, artists and bands perform throughout the day all the way until midnight.
