It’s the moment we’ve been waiting five years for… the Jersey Shore Reunion premiere date has been announced!! The reunion show is set to premiere on April 5th at 8pm EST on its home network MTV. Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino, Vinny Guadagnino, Jenni “JWOWW” Farley, Paul “Pauly D” Delvecchio, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi and Deena Nicole Cortese will be together in a shore house once again nearly 9 years after it first aired on MTV. We have two months to wait, but we cannot wait to see how this long-awaited reunion will pan out!
Sadly, Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola will not be returning for the reunion, so we will never get to see her confront Ronnie about their love. Also, instead of taking place on the Jersey Shore like the show suggests, the reunion will take place in Miami, although the reunion show is called Jersey Shore Family Vacation. It will be sad to see the crew taken out of the infamous Jersey Shore. But as they say: you can take the girl out of Jersey, but you can’t take the Jersey out of the girl.
The teaser video for the Jersey Shore reunion premiere date did not show much, and is definitely keeping us wanting more. The cast has grown a lot since the show wrapped 5 years ago, and we have so many questions: how are Snooki’s kids? What happened to Pauly D’s music career? What is JWOWW even doing with her life?
Regardless of how the housemates have matured, we are all hoping for some more iconic moments. Who could forget Mike putting his head through a wall, the “anonymous” letter to Sammi, and of course Snooki getting arrested?
