The Best Made At Home Face Masks That Will Have You Glowing

There is a face mask for every type of skin. Dry, oily, normal, or combination. Like the rest of your body, you want to keep your face clean and free of any acne, blemishes, excessive oil, dirt, and anything else that is not healthy for your skin to absorb. Face masks are renowned for getting the job done of cleaning our faces. Yet, you can make your face mask, and it can be just as effective as the ones you purchase at the store. If you need some ideas or tips on how to make a face mask, then check out the list below.

1. Almond Oil, Cocoa Powder, and Lemon Juice Face Mask

No one wants their skin to appear saggy, crinkled, or to feel like leather. Your skin’s elasticity is what snaps your skin back to its original shape after stretching it. To make a face mask that can work wonders and repair your skin’s elasticity, mix 1 tsp of olive oil, 2 tsp of almond oil, 1 tsp of cocoa powder, and 1 tsp of lemon juice. After mixing the ingredients thoroughly, apply it to your clean face. Rinse the mask off after 20 minutes, then dab it clean with a fresh towel.

2. Cucumber and Oatmeal Face Mask

Oily skin is a hassle to take care of. You always splash water on your face, thinking it will do the job, but it will not. What will help you is this cucumber and oatmeal face. Not only will it help with your oily skin, but it will also help get rid of that acne of yours. For this mask, you will need half of a cucumber, 2 tbsp of ground oatmeal, 2 tsp of lemon juice, 1 tbsp of honey, and a blender. Cut the cucumbers into 1-inch slices and throw them into the blender, along with the other ingredients. Once the ingredients are mixed and blended thoroughly, apply the substance to your cleansed skin. For this mask, you will want to scrub it on your face in a circular motion. Also, focus on applying it onto the regions of your face that are prone to getting acne. After 15 minutes have passed, rinse off the mask with cold water. Grab a clean washcloth, or towel, and dab your face until it is completely dry.

3. Exfoliating Green Apple Face Mask

You may not know this, but dead skin cells are laying around on your face. To get rid of the dead skin cells, try using this green apple face mask. Not only will it exfoliate your skin, and get all the dead skin cells off, but it will also nourish, soothe, and prevent any wrinkles and lines from appearing on your skin. The ingredients you will need for this face mask include 1 green apple, 2 tsp of honey, 1 tsp of natural yogurt, and a blender. Take the apple, peel, cut, and dice it up before throwing it into the blender. Blend the apple until it resembles applesauce. Once your apple is thoroughly blended, pour it into a small bowl. Add the rest of your ingredients into the same bowl. Mix all the ingredients well before applying the substance to your face. Massage the mask into your skin, making sure to get a deep cleaning out of it. After 15 minutes, wash the face mask off with warm water. Dab your face dry with a clean washcloth. Voila! Your skin should feel pampered, smooth, and well-nourished after that face mask.
