Sometimes the only way I can keep up with whatever new and trending songs is by scrolling through TikTok for a few minutes. The app is amazing at bringing up random songs and making them trend or spreading new songs fast enough for hundreds of people to hear them.
Several different TikTok trends go with these eleven trending songs, and they are so much fun to watch.
1. TV by Billie Eilish
Eilish released TV on July 21, 2022, and it has since become a trending song on TikTok.
The trending lines on TikTok are:
“And I’ll be in denial for at least a
What about the plans we made?”
The trend has people showing the people they have lost in their lives, especially if they never expected to lose them. This can include that person passing away, friendships ending, or relationships ending.
There are several other trending songs that Billie Eilish has created, all you have to do is search her name on TikTok.
2. Luna, Amore E No by Piero Piccioni
The trend for this song is where you show what people are saying versus what you relate to.
For example, a TikTok you may see is:
“I get girls”
“I get guys”
“I get dizzy standing up too fast”
It’s a funny and relatable trend showing what life looks like while others talk about other things.
This trending song doesn’t have lyrics for the TikTok videos, but it really shows that any genre of song can trend.
3. Anti-Hero by Taylor Swift
The song Anti-Hero was released by Swift on October 21, 2022, and is a part of her new album Midnights. There are several parts of the song trending, but the main one are these lines:
“It’s me, hi
I’m the problem, it’s me.
It’s me, hi
I’m the problem, it’s me
It’s me, hi.”
For this trend, you’ll pick something that makes you “the problem.”
For example, TikToker Loren Gray made a video to the song with these words over her video:
“I hate girls who try and make every conversation about Taylor Swift.”
And the video changes to her wearing Taylor Swift merch saying, “I’m the problem, it’s me.”
The rest of Taylor Swift’s new album also has trending songs that people are making videos to.
4. Unholy (feat. Kim Petras) by Sam Smith

The second part of the song that’s trending are these lines:
“Uh, okay, one thing about me, I’m
the baddest alive
He know the prettiest bitch didn’t
come until I arrive
I don’t let bitches get to me, I fuck
they man if they try
I got a princess face, a killer body,
This part of the song is trending because there is a TikTok dance. Another trend it to take this part of the song and replace the lyrics with a story time of your won.
You’d start the story time with, “Uh, okay, one thing about me…” and you begin your story. You can keep it catchy or try your best to keeping up with the music.
