2. Almond Butter
Many of us love chocolate spread and sometimes there’s nothing better than spreading a thick slather or Nutella on toast or pancake. It’s torture to go on a diet and having to cut this out, but not to worry, there is an alternative and it comes in the form of almond butter. 3. Sweet Potato Crisps

4. Fruit Skewers
There are plenty of ways that we can incorporate fruit into our diets without going overboard on the calories. Even though many fruits have a high-calorie count whilst being healthy, you can still find a way to eat fruit and keep the snacks under 100 calories. By chopping up your favourite fruits into chunks, you can creatively make fruit skewers and keep the calories to a minimum! Depending on the fruits you choose, this can range from 50-75 calories per skewer.
5. 2 Jaffa Cakes
Who said that just because you’re cutting down on calories means you can’t enjoy a chocolatey snack every now and then? Each treat is 45 calories making it a delicious snack to sneak into your diet without feeling bad about it!

It’s a known fact that fruits and vegetables are much more filling than u healthy snacks with them digesting much slower, arguably making you feel more satisfied in the long run. 8. Aero Bubbleball Ice Cream

10. Cheese Wheatmeal Biscuits
If you’re looking for something a little less sweet and more on the savoury side, then these cheese wheatmeal biscuits are a mouthwatering snack that sits at 90 calories per serving. Using wholemeal and oatmeal flour with cheddar cheese, these biscuits and quick and easy to make to satisfy your snacking needs and feel good about it!
