Rainbow Makeup Looks To Support Pride Month

It’s almost Pride Month, that special time of year when we come out to celebrate a diverse community of folks around the world. We want to inspire you with some rainbow makeup looks to support pride month because we know the best to way to showcase your excitement is through your face! Here are some great makeup ideas to fit right into the parades and parties!

Rainbow Lips

Rainbow lips are a perfect creative way to show your off your 88 color palette. It’s a great way to try something new with your lipstick and create a hue that will live in the minds of your friends forever. Make sure to moisturize your lips and whiten them with a milk/white colored pencil before you start adding your vibrant colors!

Shimmery Rainbow Lids

A full lid look is a great way to stand out and draw attention to your face and eyes. Shimmery lids are especially unique and on trend. Achieve that unicorn aesthetic by using a color palette with bold colors and great purples. Rainbow lids are not only beautiful, but they are also one of the most sought after looks for pride! It’s a whimsical look, and it will gleam and sparkle in the sunshine of the Pride Parade.

Winged Rainbow Eyeliner

This is a great option to show off your amazing eyes! And it’s subtler option if you want to keep things down low. If a full lid look is not exactly your forte, try going for a thinner, winged rainbow look. Choose your palette, and then carefully apply the eyeliner across your lid! You should have a steady hand to achieve a neat look, and as always, remember to mildly blend colors to achieve the perfect rainbow color scheme.

Rainbow Eyebrows

This is a trendy look for 2019 and it’ll certainly make heads turn when you roll up to Pride events with your friends. Blending is extremely important for this look, as you don’t want the colors to look totally separate. The best rainbows are a soft hue of colors. You can also use dyes, but be careful of their effects on your skin. Always read and follow labels! I personally enjoy the sparkling eyebrow look, but you can also do pastel or neon!

All-Out Rainbow Party

Use almost your whole face and create a vibrant and wild makeup look. This insanely dedicated look is for the most committed Pride attendees. A full-eyed shadow filled with different hues of the rainbow will make you look like a fairy. Add some sparkle or stick on jewels to dress it up and make you even more glamorous.

You can get creative with rainbow highlighter palettes. A great use for skin highlighter is making your skin rainbow colored! Experiment with it and have fun. Any way you use it, you’ll look like a magic sensation. You also pair a light dusting of pastel highlighter with your rainbow lip, shadow, and eyebrow looks.
