The city of Miami is known for its amazing weather, beaches, people and fun tourist destinations. South Florida is also known for its phenomenal shopping experiences.

Get your wallet and your sneakers ready, because its time to shop till your drop!

Here are 5 Places To Shop In South Florida!

Lincoln Road Mall

Lincoln Road is an outdoor shopping mall located in Miami Beach. This place is known for its upscale shops, restaurants, and cafes. Most of the shops have a lot of well-known retailers like Urban Outfitters, Penguin, Express, American Eagle, Banana Republic, Guess, Journey’s, and much more.

Lincoln Road is also full of restaurants with food to die for like Aroma Espresso Bar, Dolce Italian, Groovy’s Pizza Bar, and Shake and Shake. You can also go to places like Sushi Samba or Yard House for their Happy Hour specials.

Miami Beach isn’t an easy place to find parking, but there are 3 parking garages recommended on The Lincoln Road website that may help to minimize any delays.

Dolphin Mall

Miami-Dade’s Dolphin Mall is very family-friendly. It has a lot of different stores that would be attractive to everyone from adults to teens and kids. It also has some shops for fragrances, electronic, and Home Decor.

 The shops here have designer stores like Ann Tayor and Calvin Klein, but also a lot of stores ideal for those on a budget like American Eagle, Burlington Coat Factory, DSW, and Hollister.

Dolphin Mall also has a few amenities and attractions such as the Cobb Dolphin 19 Move Theater as well as Dave and Buster’s. Don’t forget to check out restaurants like T.G.I Fridays, Johnny Rockers, Buffalo Wild Wings after you shop! 

Sawgrass Mills

The indoor and outdoor Sunrise Sawgrass Mills is the largest outlet and value retail shopping destination in the United States, providing more than 350 name-brand outlet and off-price retail stores like Armani, Barney’s New York, Camille La Vie, AllSaints, Burberry and so much more! It’s quite impossible to go through every store with what seems like an endless amount of options to choose from. (Word to the wise! Please wear sneakers or comfortable shoes because its A LOT of walking).

You might enjoy going to the Regal Cinemas Theater, but in my opinion, you haven’t really lived if you don’t eat at Cheesecake Factory!

I also recommend coming early as it might be a bit overwhelming with the crowd in the evenings.

Aventura Mall

Aventura Mall is known for being the biggest indoor mall in South Florida, with more than 300 stores inside. There are plenty of designer stores such as  Jimmy Choo, Givenchy, and Cartier. There are also plenty and stores that we all know and love like Abercrombie & Fitch, Chole’, H&M, and Gap.

In addition to the AMC Movie Theater, I recommend checking out the spa and fitness area where they offer a relaxing and meditative sensation at Massage Haven.

Also, there are over 50 restaurants and cafes through the mall that you can choose from, but I recommend the International Smoke Restaurant, it has flavorful smoked and grilled meals, guaranteed to fill you up!

 

Dadeland Mall

Even though Dadeland Mall in Kendall is a bit smaller, it has been called “The Aventura Mall of the South”. Dadeland is a huge indoor mall with plenty of department and name-brand stores that you might be familiar with like JCPenney, LOFT, Michael Kors, Urban Outfitters, as well as White House Black Market.

There are also plenty of restaurants options to choose from but please don’t leave without trying Auntie Anne’s, a small shop with soft pretzels to die for, as well as Charles Philly Cheese Steaks (get the Chicken Buffalo and thank me later).
