
Going out with friends and drinking every weekend seems like a great idea— the first semester. Rum, Tequila, and Vodka tend to have fewer calories per serving than whiskey or gin, which are 90-110 calories a shot. BUT! Beers, ciders, and malts go up to 400 calories a pop! That’s a whole lot of extra calories for much lower alcohol contents at 5-6%. Here are a few low-calorie mixed drinks that will allow you to continue to party and keep the freshman 15 at bay.
