10 High Waisted Pants Outfit Looks That Are Super Trendy

It’s no secret that high waisted pants are a super trendy fashion statement. They can be put together in so many different ways, making each high waisted pants outfit unique to its model. It’s not always easy, however, to put together a high waisted pants outfit from scratch – regardless of whether or not you pride yourself on being a fashionista. So, for those days where you just can’t seem to put together a trendy high waisted pants outfit, we’ve got you covered.

1. Day-To-Night

I love looks like this because they look so cute with very little effort. Something like this would be perfect for a night out on the town, a nice dinner or lunch, a party, or anything along those lines. An outfit like this would also make the perfect day-to-night outfit because it would work great for any event you may have during the day, however it could also work for anything you may have planned for the night, as well.

This type of look is one of my favorites for hot summer days. It looks cute and also keeps you cool. A pair of high waisted shorts and a casual tank top-style body suit should be a staple in every girls summer wardrobe. A look like this would be completed perfectly with a cute pair of sandals or sneakers.

3. Back To School Outfit (Part 1)

A look like this would make the perfect back to school outfit when the weather starts to do that cool in the morning, but then nearly sweating in the afternoon thing. High waisted jeans with a crop top makes for the perfect transition from summer to fall (aka back to school) outfit.

4. Back To School (Part 2)

An outfit like this is pretty similar to the one above, it’s just a bit more conservative, which is perfect if you are still in high school with dress codes or even if you just don’t feel comfortable wearing crop tops. Simply replace the crop top with a body suit and you have yourself an outfit that is just as stylish as the previous one, just without showing any of your stomach. This outfit can also easily be dressed up with jewelry and heels, making it perfect for a lunch or dinner-type event.

An outfit like this would make for the perfect outfit to wear to work. It’s appropriate and super trendy, and it can also be dressed up with jewelry and heels. Also, if you ever have plans after work, an outfit like this is all the more perfect because you won’t even have to change as it would make for the perfect dinner or grabbing a quick drink outfit.

Just like the back to school outfits, this type of outfit is also another spin on the previous outfit. It features tighter fitted pants if wide-legged pants aren’t your thing, but still keeps that professional yet trendy look, which is perfect for work.

7. Date Day

High waisted pants aren’t just limited to shorts and jeans, you know. High waisted skirts are also super trendy and can be kept casual like this outfit or they can also be dressed up. An outfit like this would be perfect if you have plans with your significant other or even just your friends during the day.

This type of outfit is a more dramatic twist on the outfit above, which is what makes it the perfect date night outfit.

9. Summer Fashion

We covered casual summer fashion earlier in this article and now this is a more formal twist on it. A high waisted maxi skirt and a crop top is one of my favorite things to wear in the summer when I have an event to go to like lunch, summer party (graduation, birthday, etc.), family gathering, or anything like that. Paired with sandals, you can’t go wrong with an outfit like this.

10. Fall Fashion

If you live somewhere that doesn’t really get cold in the fall or if you just want a nice transition from summer to fall outfit, something like this is perfect. A cute and comfortable pair of high waisted shorts (other than denim) with a shirt and cardigan or denim jacket and completed with a pair of booties is the perfect summer to fall outfit.
