When Bianca’s father won’t allow her to date until her older sister, Kat, decides to start dating, Cameron, who has a massive crush on Bianca, creates a plan. While Cameron and his best friend are figuring out what to do about this, another boy, Joey, offers to pay Patrick to go out with Kat, so that he can sleep with her little sister. Kat Stratford

Now, prom dresses have changed drastically over the years, so maybe this dress isn’t perfect for prom nowadays, but it can still be recreated. Kat is a tomboy who has no interest in having a social life or dating guys in high school, but once she starts to fall for Patrick, the boy who is being paid to date her, she decides to go to prom. Things go terribly wrong once Kat finds out that Patrick is being paid by Joey, a guy who used her for sex and is now attempting the same thing with her little sister. Romy

Romy is a little bit of a naive character who doesn’t realize her self worth until the end of the movie, yet her fashion screams confidence. You wouldn’t know about her self doubts at all by just looking at her; she radiates confidence, and most of the time, she has it. But, when her high school reunion is around the corner, she realizes living as a cashier with her unemployed best friend of ten years, both single, is nothing to brag about. Romy and Michele lose their way and even change their fashion in order to impress their old classmates, but realize they love who they are and go back to how they normally dress, which is nothing if not fashionable.

Clueless

Clueless brings us some of the most iconic fashion from ’90s movies that we’ve ever had. It follows best friends Cher and Dionne who take on the task of making over the new girl, Tai. Once Tai becomes everything Cher wanted her to be, she realizes she made a huge mistake. Tai becomes just like Cher, and she doesn’t like that on anyone else besides herself. The girls are the epitome of clueless and it makes for a great movie.

Cher Horowitz

Cher Horowitz gives Clueless its title, by being naive and out of touch with reality. She is a smooth talker, with convincing her teachers to change her grades, but struggles with one teacher. Getting a rather nerdy teacher to date her teacher in an attempt to up her grades is out of the ordinary for sure, but for Cher, nothing seems crazy. Cher believes as a popular girl it’s her duty to help the clueless to up their style as her own personal project. Eventually being labeled as “a virgin who can’t drive,” Cher realizes being materialistic isn’t doing her any favors.

Dionne Davenport

Dionne is Cher’s fashionista of a best friend. She is a little more in touch with reality, but still follows the theme of being clueless. She is dating another popular student, Murray, and cares way too much about his appearance. After Cher makes over Tai, Dionne and Tai start to bond and become closer. Dionne has some of the most popular fashion from ’90s movies that any character has ever had.
