2 Cooked Beetroots
½ Small Red Onion
½ Tsp. Salk
½ Tsp. Black Pepper
3 Sprigs of Fresh Parsley
½ Cup of Feta Cheese

Method:

Cube Beetroot and place in a bowl
Dice the Red Onion and chop the Fresh Parsley and add to the bowl

1 Beef Sirloin Strip

Method:

Sliced the Beef Sirloin Strip into thin pieces
In a bowl mix the Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil, Salt, Pepper and Fresh Ginger
Add the Beef slices to the mixture, making sure the meat is fully coated.
Flash fry the beef strips in a hot pan until cooked. Set aside to cool.
In a large bowl, slice the Carrots and Cucumber into long ribbons and combine with Spinach. Toss the Carrots and Cucumber in the Canola Oil.
Lay the Beef Strips on top of the Salad, and pour remaining juices on top.
Chop the chilli and Green Onions and sprinkle on top of salad
