15 Classic College Girl Halloween Costumes

Halloween is a college students favorite holiday, especially for the girls. Girls can dress up as slutty as they want, and no one is allowed to judge because it’s a Halloween costume. Halloween also gives them the opportunity to be whatever they want. However, they’re a couple Halloween costumes that college girls consider to be classics. Here are the 15 classic college girl Halloween costumes!

1. Risky Business

This is probably the most popular college girl Halloween costumes. It’s also the cheapest costume because all you need is to borrow a white button down from a guy friend, some white tube socks, and black spandex shorts and you’re good to go!

2. Disney Princess

This is one of my favorite costume ideas because what girl wouldn’t want to be a Disney princess? It’s also an easy thrown together look if you want to be simple. Throw a dress with the princess’ color on, try to imitate the hairstyle, and slap on a tiara. You are now a princess!

This is also one of my favorite costumes. You throw on a black skirt and a white rugged shirt maybe a pirate hat, make your makeup a bit stronger and darker with eyeliner, and crimp/braid your hair. Now shiver me timbers you’re a pirate!

12. Frat Boys

This is another popular choice for college girls. You simply throw together some preppy men’s clothes, but in a slightly rugged way. The tie shouldn’t be left untied and thrown around the neck, and the shirt should not be tucked. Then the best part, act the way you think a frat boy should act; it’s all up to you.

Hey everybody! I am a junior studying English Writing while double minoring in Creative Writing and Music. I love to read, write, ski, travel, sail, and sing. I spend the majority of my time with my family and friends, but my "me" time consists of lots of reading and writing. I hope to one day be a published author and possibly work for a publishing house as an editorial assistant because who doesn't want to read for a living! That being said, I prefer to read science fiction & fantasy, romance, and historical fiction; and I enjoy reading about fairytales, folklore, and myths. Some of my favorite series are The Selection series by Kiera Cass, Harry Potter by J.K. Rowling, and the Lunar Chronicles by Marissa Meyer.
