On August 23rd, Taylor Swift’s new album Lover comes out! Celebrate the release by stealing her new style on a budget with these looks.
This picture of Taylor Swift is one of my favorites from the new era! Plus, it’s super easy to steal. All you really need is some peach blush, a jean jacket, and a boatload of pins. The pink hair is optional, but you can totally DIY it with a temporary spray like the ones at the end of this article. This is a great look to recreate if you’re a fan of her style and music but you don’t want it to be obvious you’re stealing her style. Plus, this is the perfect look to transition from summer into fall as you listen to Lover!

As far as pins go, you can buy them off Amazon or Etsy or get them from somewhere local! Just make sure you like all the things you’re repping in case someone tries to call you on it.
This is an amazing awards outfit, though we’d expect nothing less from the queen of the red carpet. With this look, Taylor Swift began the Lover era. While you’re celebrating the release of the new album, why not rep the look that started it? Of course, a full sequin romper isn’t entirely appropriate for most occasions. But that doesn’t mean you can’t steal some inspiration from the look, does it?
The tank top we picked will give you the same feel and look as the romper, without being too over the top! Make a splash at the club or at parties in this as you dance to You Need To Calm Down.

Taylor Swift posted this photo taken by Valheria Rocha when she released Me! and I’m living for this pastel look. Sure, it can be hard to rock pastels into fall but we’ve still got a little time! If you’ve got a floral skirt or dress lying around, you just need a pale blue sweater to complete the look. Of course, the huge flower is optional.
The sweater we selected gives the same impression as Taylor’s, even if it is a little bit more teal! Pair it with a red lip to pay homage to the flower and you’re ready to go.

Again, this look from her new music video for You Need To Calm Down is kind of hard to recreate. But much like Disney Bounding, it’s totally possible to take loose inspiration from the look to create your own! You can totally tone this down with a few slight changes.
Instead of the shorts, we picked a skirt – the gold skirt is, for whatever reason, a little less intimidating than the shorts. And this tank top is casual enough that the outfit won’t be too much, plus you can totally wear it again!

Not everyone’s ready to commit to dying their hair multicolor. Or maybe, like Taylor, you want to be able to change your hair color to match your look. That’s why some genius invented spray-on hair color! Below are both a pink and blue option, the colors Taylor’s been switching between. This would be a great way to celebrate the release of Lover without recreating a whole look.
