Breakfast smoothies can be a great way to start off your day. They’re quick to make or can even be made the night before to save you lots of time in the morning! You can pack them full of different vitamins and nutrients to make sure you get a full breakfast that is both healthy and delicious. Mixing fruits, vegetables, and more can help you make delicious breakfast smoothies that can fit anyone’s preferences. Here are 10 breakfast smoothies to help you stay healthy during quarantine!

1. Blueberry Avocado Banana Smoothie

This recipe for this blueberry avocado banana smoothie is a great option for breakfast smoothies when you want one that’s healthy and also great for your skin! The combination of antioxidants from the spinach, avocado, and flax help promote healthy and glowing skin! The smoothie also uses unsweetened vanilla almond milk, a banana, frozen blueberries, almond butter (or whole almonds if you have a high-powered blender), and cinnamon. For this smoothie, you’ll need milk (either almond or dairy), almond butter, unsweetened cocoa powder, Greek yogurt, a banana, ground flaxseed, and some ice! It packs a whole 25 grams of protein straight from healthy food ingredients, no protein powders needed! A great choice for breakfast smoothies if you want one packed with protein and other healthy foods to start off your day with a healthy treat!

You’ll use kale leaves (stems removed), unsweetened vanilla almond milk, a banana, non-fat Greek yogurt, frozen pineapple pieces, peanut butter, and honey! You’ll use unsweetened almond-coconut milk (or whichever you’d prefer), juice of one orange (or orange juice but you’ll be adding lots of added sugars), frozen pineapple, frozen mango, fresh banana, and carrots! Make sure to blend until the carrots especially are creamy and “straw-worthy” for the smoothie. You’ll love this refreshing tropical smoothie that also has the vitamins and nutrients of carrots to make it a healthy and well-balanced breakfast.

You can use the beets raw you don’t need to cook them first you just need to cut them into a rough dice with a high-powered blender. If you have a weaker blender you might need to cut the beet up into smaller pieces then blend them up.
