Finding the perfect Easter outfit can be tough, especially considering the spring season brings so many bright and playful trends. If you are the type of person that doesn’t usually take risks with your style, finding on-trend Easter outfits could be something you aren’t looking forward to. Don’t worry! We’re here to help! Take a look at these ten spring outfit ideas and trends to give you the most fashionable look this Easter holiday.
1. Anything Green
Out of all the spring colors to wear, this season there is a focus on green. It seems like green, more specifically sage green, has been a big trend since the start of this year. You could have a more subtle approach and add it as a pop of color or you could go for a more bold look like Gigi Hadid. A great way to incorporate green into your outfit subtly is to have fun pants that incorporate the color or even a statement shoe. By having one element of your outfit include the color subtly, it leaves the rest of the outfit able to remain neutral. In our opinion, the greener the better though, so have fun with it!
2. Swap A T-Shirt For A Cardigan
If you’re anything like us, you love to stay comfy and cute. Skip the t-shirt this year and go for a more chic option with a cardigan. Even better for us, the trend seems to be that the more oversized the better. Bonus points if you wear a cardigan in a spring color! Take some style inspo from Bella Hadid, she’s wearing a semi oversized cardigan with jeans. The way to really make this outfit an Easter ‘fit is to accessorize! She’s wearing a cute hair clip, sunglasses, hoops, a mini bag, and a leopard belt to bring it all together.
3. Headbands To Accessorize
For a fun and girly touch to your look, accessorize with a headband! It’s a great way to wear a completely neutral outfit but add a pop of color. Spring fashion is all about taking risks with colors you normally wouldn’t wear, and there’s no better way to do that than to accessorize. Not only does a statement headband have to be a fun color, but you can play with the shape also. You can see Chrissy Teigen’s headband has a fun shape, color, and detailing. If you want a playful element to your Easter outfit this year then you should definitely incorporate a headband.
4. Satin And Silk
Satin and silk will automatically make you look sexy and chic. Not only that, but you can wear it so many different ways. A satin or silk slip dress has definitely been on trend this season, you can pair it with cool boots like Emily Ratajkowski for a more relaxed look, or dress it up with heels and a blazer to look more sophisticated. If you want a more subtle hint of satin or silk in your outfit you can opt for a satin or silk cami and pair it with slacks or jeans, and maybe even a blazer. Or you can accessorize and wear a satin or silk scarf, but either way, a hint of either fabric will be the perfect touch to your Easter outfit this year.
5. Add A Pop Of Color
Spring season is all about crazy colors. The simplest way to be on trend this season is to incorporate pops of color into your normal daily wear. If you are someone who doesn’t usually like to take risks with your style this could be the perfect way to start to get yourself out there. At the end of the day, fashion is all about having fun and expressing yourself. There is no right or wrong way! Trying something simple like adding a pop of color can really take your easter outfit to the next level this year without doing too much.
6. Pastel Blazer
If you want to wear a blazer and you’re looking for a pop of color, a pastel blazer can really elevate your look. Blazers make an outfit look chic and well put together, so it’s a great way to make it look like you really tried with your look.
7. Matching Set
If you’re looking for something easy but well put together for Easter this year, a matching set is the perfect way to go! Sometimes, especially with the bright fashion of spring, it can get a little complicated to find an entire outfit that goes together well. A matching set takes all the work out of things for you! In the spring season especially, there are so many pretty matching sets. Taylor Swift is rocking a top and shorts matching set, with a matching pair of shoes, and a pop of color bag. One, two, three and you have the perfect Easter outfit!
8. White Boots
If you just aren’t one to ever add lots of color to your outfit then this would be the best way for you to participate in spring fashion trends. As you can see, Hailey Bieber is wearing a completely neutral outfit with no pops of color, but she still looks amazing and is completely on trend for the season. If you want to have one of the most chill and cool easter outfits this would be the perfect way to go. A t-shirt dress with a loose fitted blazer or jacket and white booties would be the perfect outfit.
9. Floral Patterns
How could we not include the most obvious and loved spring and Easter trends of all time? Floral prints are everything! It’s also one of the safer options you can go with for your Easter outfit. You can wear a floral top or be like Meghan Markle and wear a full floral dress, you’ll look amazing either way! Floral is also very easy to throw neutral colors over to tone the print down in your outfit. The princess is wearing ab black blazer, black heels, and a black back to tone down the print. She has the floral as her subtle statement and we definitely think this is one of the best ways to wear it!
10. Jean Jackets
Something simple and cute that you probably already have in your closet can really help make you one of the most perfect Easter outfits! A jean jacket is a spring fashion staple and gives off girl next door vibes depending on how you wear it. If you want a more dressy look then a jean jacket that is more structured and fitted like Blake Lively’s would look amazing. If you want to be more casual something more loosely fitted would work best. Don’t forget that jean jackets also come in all sorts of colors if you’re looking to have some fun with your outfit this year!
