1. Dominique Paras

Major: Fashion Merchandising

Year: Sophomore

Inspiration: Ariana Grande

Why they wore it: “I decided to wear this outfit because the air had been cooler lately but not 100 percent cold all the time. So with the high knee socks and skirt, I feel like I was still accommodating to the little bit of warmth we have left. Then, with the sweater, it brought a touch of fall without jumping into thick heavy layering. I really do love this outfit because I feel girly with the dainty rose quartz sweater, yet edgy with the faux leather, choker, and high knee socks.”

Why they wore it: “I had been searching for a pair of orange pants for forever and saw those at Goodwill and got so excited! I like wearing them with black and white to add a pop of color. Plus, they are super comfy, and I felt like I was in PJ’s all day in class.”

Year: Sophomore

Why did they wear this: “The shirt I bought a couple weeks ago from my favorite brand, undefeated, and the raw indigo jeans really set the shirt off. I’ve been waiting for these shoes for a while and once I saw them I knew this outfit was going to be worn. The jacket just goes with everything because it’s navy and tan. The shoes have the same camo print as the shirt on the inside 3 strips.”

5. Evangelyn Kappeler

Major: Managerial Marketing

Year: Sophomore

Why they wore it: “It was the first chilly day, and I have a Jacket obsession; I couldn’t wait to finally wear one. I basically built the rest of the outfit around the jacket. I chose to wear flats because even though it was kind of chilly, it wasn’t cold enough for boots. It was also sunny out, so I still wore my sunglasses even though it was hot.”

Why they wore it: “I typically stick within this kind of grunge like style and try to find clothes that are baggy but still accentuate my body, like mom jeans: they are tight on my waist and loose everywhere else. Neutrals and denims are my favorite thing about fall.”
