As a college student, I have a hard time shopping at Sephora for all of my makeup needs since I can’t risk breaking the bank on concealer every month. Thankfully, I don’t have to. After spending much time in the Target makeup department, I have discovered the e.l.f. cosmetic brand, which has been a lifesaver. I have determined which e.l.f. products are my favorite and I can’t help but brag about them. If you’re a college student on a budget, you’ll appreciate this list.
This product is perfect for the days that you want to have your eyelashes on fleek without looking like you tried too hard. Not to mention it also works for your brows! Those mornings when those pesky brow hairs just won’t stay in place won’t exist anymore! This product is long lasting and easy to apply, not to mention the price is on point!
If you’re attempting to achieve a polished look with your eyebrows, this is the product you need. However, if you have thinner eyebrows that you’re trying to fill in, tread lightly. This kit provides the depth and definition that every eyebrow needs.
Bad news for the pale peeps, this product might not be your best bet as even the fair shade is a little too dark. However, for those with a bit darker skin tone, this concealer comes in a green shade for adjusting, and a lavender shade for balancing! This product is perfect for hiding imperfections, adding radiance and fixing under eye circles! As college students I think we can agree that we can all use a little help with those under eye circles from hell!
This is the perfect “go to” eyeshadow palette. It offers 32 shades of beautiful and shimmery hues. While it’s not compact, it’s still perfect for traveling because it offers a wide variety of looks. It’s easy to transition between a more dramatic look and a classic everyday look with this palette.
I’ve only ever heard good things about this product which is surprising because “lip plumpers” freak me out. But hey, it’s not as risky as doing the Kylie Jenner Lip Challenge, am I right? Anyway, the primer is long lasting and prevents smudging. The lip plumper side smells delicious and creates fuller lips after a little tingle!
Introducing the perfect everyday powder in three different shades! The sheer color even works if you’re super pale like me! I am so impressed with this product as it leaves a perfect matte finish and covers up anything my foundation has left uncovered. It’s perfect for oily skin and it blends with any skin tone perfectly!
Personally, concealer is my favorite makeup product, after mascara. Anyway, this one is great! It fights and prevents acne while it minimizes pores and covers all troublesome areas! Not only that, but it actually lasts all day! If you’re looking for something that will cover up your under eye circles, this will also do the trick! I like this one better than the HD Lifting Concealer because it works better with my skin color. However, if you’re tanner, I would suggest sticking with the HD Lifting Concealer.
This collection is amazing for those of you who dabble in makeup, but aren’t experts. While it is one of their more expensive products, it’s still cheap compared to similar items of other brands. These brushes are soft and don’t irritate the skin. They are great for everyday use, and they apply easily and smoothly.
If you’re not into that glossy look and you want something that will last a long time, this is the lipstick for you. It will last for at least 10 hours at a time with Chapstick underneath. It comes in a variety of options (17 different shades to be exact!), so there is bound to be a color that will work with your skin tone.
