10 Ways To Add Bohemian Style Into Your Wardrobe

The ’70s strike again. Bohemians were once looked at as outcasts in society, but now just about everyone is trying to capture the perfect bohemian style. Who can blame them though? From crazy patterns to plenty of colors, bohemian style is sure to gain some attention. Original bohemians didn’t ‘dress to impress’, but here are 10 cute ways to add the bohemian style into your wardrobe!

1. Wear A Maxi Skirt

Maxi skirts are an absolute must when it comes to bohemian style. They allow you to look like you tried, without actually trying. Not only will you be comfortable all day, you get to look like you’re straight of Pinterest.

2. Add Some Rings

Rings are a staple piece to bohemian fashion. They allow you to dress up your look, and steer attention away from your nails, which are probably in need of a manicure. When I say rings, I don’t mean Beverly Hills bling bling rings; I’m talking cute rings with simple designs. So, put your freshly shinned diamonds away, and go with something a bit more tarnished.

3. Floral Prints

When I say floral, I don’t mean the floral-patterned couch your grandmother still had when you were younger. I’m talking ‘looks like I just put a bouquet of roses on my dress before going out’ floral.

4. Flowy/Loose Pieces

Bohemian style entails a lot of loose clothing pieces. Flowy pants and loose tops are an everyday must have!

5. Sandals

Sandals are 100% needed when adding some bohemian to your style. Just be sure to get some with a pop of color!

6. Wide Brim Hats

Add the perfect accessory to your look with a wide-brimmed hat! Not only will it add a vintage look to your outfit, but it can also hide the worst bed head.

7. Braids

Spice up your hairdo with a few braids! You can do two simple French braids or something completely different, but any kind of braid can be seen in the Bohemian style. This also allows you to spend less time getting ready, so feel free to hit that snooze a few more times.

8. Bracelets

Add a pop of color to your look with some dainty bracelets! Just don’t forget the charms.

9. John Lennon Lenses

John Lennon sunglasses, or just roundish sunglasses, are a common sight within the bohemian style. Plus, they’re super cute and can help guard your eyes from those UV rays!

10. Head Scarves

Not only are head scarves adorable, they can help hide that hair you haven’t washed or brushed in 3 days. So, find your favorite pattern, throw that hair up, and never buy dry shampoo again.
