Did anyone else love the way Ally dressed in A Star Is Born? Apart from loving the movie itself (and wishing Bradley Cooper would continue to sing and create music for us) I loved seeing Lady Gaga dress down so well and with so much understated style and flair, not to mention, how strikingly beautiful she looked with low key makeup! It definitely made me want to get some of Ally’s wardrobe staples, and since Ally’s character was certainly on a budget, here are 10 easy and affordable ways to dress like her!
This first outfit was my favourite look from Ally! I am a huge fan of this look’s retro, 70s vibe, and am especially loving the animal print trend that is continuing well into 2019. In my opinion, Leopard Print Jeans should be in every girl’s wardrobe! It is an item that is easily paired with a Classic Black or White Tee and Black Boots which will give you an awesome and funky look.

This look really surprised me, which we first saw her wear on her first live stage performance with Jackson! I loved how trendy it looked despite it being so understated. It looks so effortless! It makes nice a change from wearing all Black Pants, and can be dressed up by wearing Black Pointy Heels as Ally does in the movie. Although Ally’s actual pants are designer, there are alternative high street ones that you can purchase that won’t break the bank, and it is a perfect way to dress like Ally.

This whole entire outfit screams retro, cowboy chic and I need it in my life! The Reddish Brown Boots are my favourite part as well as of course Ally wearing Jackson’s Classic Brown Leather Jacket. These boots will give any outfit a little pick up, perfectly paired with a range of colours, including browns, blacks and even white, also suitable for any season. The thing I love most about Ally’s look is how quick and easy it seems, yet still has so much style! As we know, she’s always on the go with Jackson, sometimes at a moment’s notice.

I loved this 70s, classy, yet oh so stylish outfit donned by Ally in her songwriting scenes with Jackson Maine. Paired with that stunning California palm tree backdrop, that makes it an Instagram worthy outfit and backdrop photo for sure! My favourite thing about Ally’s style is how her style is classy, casual, rock, tomboy and feminine all at the same time. This is definitely an important piece to add to your wardrobe to dress like Ally.
This trend was huge in the summer and autumn of 2018, and it looks like its here to stay, I love it! It’s common knowledge that white and black go with everything, and although white is taboo for shoes (they can get dirty so easily!), it looks amazing paired with any colour of jeans, trousers or skirt. This is one item I am definitely stealing from Ally’s wardrobe to dress like her.
