No sorry let me rephrase that…
Who doesn’t Love Glitter?
Glitter is such a great way to make a look extra and exciting. But you need to choose the right one, or it just looks off. There are so many glitters nowadays; face and body ones, eyes only, glitters stickers and so on and so forth. But how can you choose from such a wide choice? Here are some of the ways I like to style Glitter.
You know what looks absolutely amazing when you wear an all black outfit and then top it off with any sort of iridescent glitter. I think a nice white iridescent is amazing but even lilacs, blues, purples, turquoise, pink and magenta. These are all amazing glitters to add to your face. For lovely iridescent glitters I recommend MAC cosmetics, PRIMARK in the UK (this shop is absolutely amazing for their glitters and they stay on for hours!), as well as Amazon, they have some great cheaper glitters that do the job amazingly.
Get the look:
What is better than all glitter? Nothing! Exactly nothing! All glitter is amazing, you can make an all glitter outfit even better with more glitter on your face, eyes, body and/or lips. I recommend buying glitter in bulk for this, or even buying glitter sprays for the body or even creams. I think the best way is to have contrasting colors, like pinks with blues, orange and green, yellow and pink; as well as monochromatic all glitter looks, so one whole color. Rainbow Glitter is my solution to all problems, it works with every color as well as it is just absolutely gorgeous. Barry M, LemonHead and even H&M all have amazing glitters for face, eyes and lips, while for Body I recommend Mermaid Shimmer Sorbet by BOD, this gives you a silver all over body shimmer and looks amazing in pictures!

You know what other way glitter looks amazing, when you have a simple non-glitter monochrome look and decide to top it off with shimmery eyes and lips. Now there are various ways to do this, You can either use the glitter directly with Glitter Glue for your eyes, or top off your lipstick with the glitter. Or, nowadays makeup has gone so far ahead, you have glitter eye-shadows, glitter lipsticks and even glitter highlights. It can’t get any better than that! Barry M has glitter highlights, they are liquid and look like a unicorn licked your face with glitter. It is just absolutely gorgeous. You can use them on the tops of your cheeks, on your neck and collar bones as well as shoulders. They complete the glitter look. Pupa have some amazing glitter eye-shadows that glide on and add the perfect shimmer to a monochrome outfit, as well as NYX glitters and glitter glue are another perfect combo to use on all over your face!

Are you a more basic girl? Do you prefer to not be over the top? Then another way to integrate glitter in your life is by putting it on you lips. Through lip-gloss and lipstick or even with chap-stick and glitter itself, this can bring you glitter game up. It isn’t too much and ensures that whatever outfit you have on you still look like you want to have fun and that you still consider glitter as part of your life. Now there are so many options for glitter lips! You can buy normal glitter and top you lips or you can directly buy a glitter lip-gloss, that gives your lips (or whatever lipstick you had on) that extra juicy look. You can buy the glitter glosses from MAC Cosmetics, NYX, Too Faced and even Fenty Makeup, so you have a wide variety to choose from.

My last Glitter tip, is under-eye glitter. This is one way to style glitter. If you have bags, or just cannot be asked to put concealer this is an amazing trick to look stylish with minimal effort. But be careful of the glitter color you choose!! Now my tip for this is to use a glitter liner, these make it easier to apply and you can set them with even more glitter. You can add them to your inner corner as well and just slay the night away! Some liners I recommend are from NYX, Urban Decay, To Faced and Collection Cosmetics.
