Here’s some healthy breakfast recipes you can make:

1. Eggs On Toast

It sounds simple but it’s a great way to start your day! And yes, we do also recommend adding avocado. 3. Baked Eggs (Shakshuka)

A Middle-Eastern special, this can be either breakfast, lunch, or dinner! It’s a very versatile dish, and you can make the sauce the night before then heat it up in the morning and add your eggs. You won’t feel the need to snack after you’ve eaten this in the morning. You can adapt the recipe to your preferences and even add chickpeas or kidney beans to it, see what you prefer!

3. Porridge

Porridge, also known as oatmeal, has become more and more popular over the years as people have started to pimp up this grain.
