The Alternatives To Tampons And Pads That Will Blow Your Mind

Ladies, the majority of us know the dreaded feeling of the cramps, wanting to eat everything in sight. Realising we don’t have any tampons or pads at hand is the worst,  as we usually go through so many in the previous cycle and  just forget about it once its over. If only we had some more sustainable alternatives to tampons and pads…

Well considering it is 2018 here are some alternatives to tampons and pads that will blow your mind:

Yes, period underwear is probably one of the best investments you could make without breaking your bank and saves you from feeling uncomfortable during your cycle.
