Don’t get me wrong. I’m a huge fan of bold brows, chiseled cheekbones, and bright lips. But I recommend keeping things on the natural side for an event like graduation. Feel free to go full-faced, but try and keep things neutral and not too flashy.
Just because you’re keeping things neutral doesn’t mean you can’t have fun! Highlighting is a major trend and is perfect for a spring graduation. Be prepared for the water works by choosing a strong face primer , a good setting spray, and a few coats of your favorite water-proof mascara.
One of the major flaws that we ladies commit when applying makeup is forgetting to properly blend! Even the most gorgeous makeup looks can look tacky if you forget to blend everything well.
