The Best Fall 2018 Hairstyles

It’s time for fall 2018 hairstyles! Every season comes with new trends and styles. Even though I personally think everyone should dress and look with harmony with their inner self, I believe that anyone wishing to change something about themselves should take a look at what’s on-trend. Today I’m talking hairstyles, which I know for a fact is the best thing you can play with when you want to give yourself a makeover. Here is a list of the best fall 2018 hairstyles you definitely need to try!

1. Half up half down hairstyle with a twist

Headbands are in this fall, meaning you should at least try to incorporate them in your everyday look. There are so many different ways in which you can use them and style them with so many different looks.

If you find headband boring, I’ve got a perfect solution for you. This one is not only cute but also will keep your ears warm during those cold fall days. Simply put half your hair up in a messy bun and leave the rest down, adding few loose curls if you feel like it. Then add a wide twisted headband just like on the picture below and you’re good to go!

2. Claw clip twisted ponytail

Claw clips are back! Personally, they remind me of my early primary school days, but now they are back on top! You probably don’t even need to buy one, just look through your old things or simply ask your mum! Not only are they cute, they are also really practical and get your hair out of your face. Just gather all your hair up like you normally would, twist and secure it with a clip. Pull some hair at the front for an effortless look.

3. Banana bun

This one is perfect if you have a lot of patience and a handful of bobby pins. Even though at the beginning it might seem hard, with a little practice it will soon become a no-brainer and you’ll always end up doing it instead of a simple top knot. It’s perfect for any dress-up occasion as well as everyday chores. Follow Purewow’s tutorial to quickly learn how to do it!

4. Deep blue look

Adding a pop of colour to your hair was a big trend the whole summer and if you still haven’t jumped on that bandwagon – there is time. I know this might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but you should go for it if you feel like it. A deep blue would look amazing especially with dark roots and medium length hair. Remember to go to the hairdressers if you’re not sure how to do this on your own, cause you could damage your hair quite easily!

5. Braided crown

This will be your favourite of the list if you’re a girly girl. Braided crowns are a must this fall! You can easily style them up or down depending on the occasion. Unfortunately, they might be quite tricky, especially if you don’t have a younger sister Kitty who can do them like Lara Jean has (To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before anyone?). But with some practice, you’ll get better and better at it each time! Follow Mia and Linda’s tutorial to learn how to do 3 different types! My favourite is probably with some lose hair at the front giving the hairstyle a more laid back messy look.

6. Messy bow hairstyle

Bows are not only cute and girly, but they are also trendy this season. It’s even better if you don’t actually own a bow and use a ribbon or a scarf to tie in your hair. For a beautiful effortless look gather your the hair from the front to the back and secure it with a fabric creating a messy bow. It will look even better if you loosely curl the rest of your hair.

7. Girlboss bob

Recently bobs have been the new ‘girlboss’ hairstyle and you can catch a lot of celebrities rocking them on the red carpet. If you need a big change and a confidence boost, definitely go for it. When cutting your hair, leave the pieces at the front a little longer, so when you curl them, not only will you look like a boss, it will be a cute one as well. This is one of the best fall 2018 hairstyles.
