10 Study Snack Ideas That Are Perfect To Eat In The Library

What’s more, is they are an ideal snack to eat in the library because they’re non-messy and easily transportable.

2. Peanut Butter cups

The homemade version of these chocolate peanut butter cups taste so much better than the shop bought ones and they’re a lot better for you too. Made with dark chocolate and packed full of natural peanut butter, these delicious cups make for a nice treat to snack on while you’re studying and they’re virtually guilt free.

 Snacking on a whole apple can be pretty loud to eat in the library however a fruit salad is a great option. Simply dice up a whole load of your favourite fruits, coat them in a little fruit juice and bring them along in a container ready to munch on as you study.

To save money make these yourself by blitzing up any dried fruit and other ingredients that you have lying around. You can use dates, bananas, oats, cocoa powder and nut butter, there are no limitations.

Whether its eight in the morning or at night, a couple of slices of banana bread will help fuel your study sessions and keep you going unitl your next meal. Try making it youself and freezing a big batch of it so it’s ready to grab and go whenever you want it. Don’t forget to bring a couple of slices for your friends too.

Smoothies often get forgotten about when it comes to snacks but they’re actually one of the best on the go options and a fantastic way to pack in all those extra nutrients that you need while studying. Bananas always work well as a smoothie base so be sure to always have a few frozen so you can make a smoothie at any time. Blend these with nut butter, any fruit of your choice, add some milk or a plant-based alternative and then pop in in a to go jar and you’re good to go.
