12 Sorority Recruitment Outfits That Will Impress Any PNM

Going through recruitment can be a stressful time. Adding to that, knowing what to wear is a big deal. Take some stress away and scroll through these sorority recruitment outfit ideas so you know exactly what you’ll be wearing when the time comes. Any PNM going through recruitment will be wishing they had your outfits!

Ice Water is usually the first round in sorority recruitment. A cute and casual sun dress paired with sandals is what you need to stand out. Make sure that while it is warm and you don’t want to wear something that you’ll sweat right through, you stay modest.

1. A simple dress with a pattern

This is an easy sorority recruitment outfit that is both simple and chic.

Philanthropy Round is the next round of sorority recruitment. Depending on what school you go to they may call it something different, but the outfit will be the same. For this round, panhellenic will provide you with a t-shirt. Bring a pair of cute and comfy shorts or a skirt to tuck your t-shirt into.

4. Neutral skirt

Neutral skirts are a good choice because you never know what colors will be on the shirt but if you have a neutral, which will match everything, you want have to worry about it!

5. Neutral shorts

Same thing goes for neutral shorts as neutral skirts. If you feel more comfortable in shorts then I would highly suggest wearing them. You will want to be comfortable considering the recruitment process is a long day.

6. Black and white shorts

Stripes are a fun pattern that you can wear if you aren’t into plain shorts. Black and white is your best bet because again you want to make sure it doesn’t clash with the t-shirt you are provided.

Sisterhood round is when it starts to get a little bit dressier. You will want to wear something that is a little nicer than ice water round but not a party dress. Wear something that pairs well with wedges! (also don’t forget to wear comfy wedges because you will be in them all day!)

7. Sleeved dress

A sleeved dress is an easy way to step it up from a sundress. Wear a dress with a fun color to express your personality!

8. Florals

Florals are always a safe and cute way to dress up. During this round, straps on a dress are often recommended.
