10 Snacks For Music Festivals You Need To Have With You

Festivals are all about being free, the music, and snacks. Festivals happen right at the brink of summer. It’s hot and you are out all day walking, dancing, and sitting in the sun. Light foods are key. Yes, there are tons of food options once you enter festival grounds but who wants to be standing in line for hours waiting for food. So grab your fanny packs and here are some perfect snacks for music festivals.

1. Protein/Granola Bars

Protein bars are super filling and are so easy to grab and throw in a bag.

2. Fruit

Who doesn’t love fruit? Have it moist or dry. You could also try an Acai bowl! It will not only fill you up but it will cool you down as well.

3. Popcorn

There are tons of popcorn brands out there, find the one you love and grab the snack size bag. You can never go wrong with bags of popcorn as snacks for music festivals.

4. Trail mix

Make your own or buy it already made. Trail mix usually contains filling items such as nuts, dried fruits to name a few.

5. Water

Its technically not a snack but It is such a necessity. Who wants to pass out from dehydration? Want some extra energy? Gatorade energy chews are great, you can get a pack of six for about 99.-$1.20 just about anywhere.)

6. Beef Jerky

Beef Jerky is a filling snack that comes in tons of different size and quantities, making it easy to grab and throw in a bag or fanny pack.

Almonds, cashews, and peanuts etc.

Mini packs of hummus are ideal. They come with pretzels , crackers and or veggie sticks.

9. Popsicles

If you decide to bring a cooler with you, popsicles can be your best friend. A nice cooling quick treat. There are a ton to choose from.

10. Dark Chocolate

I am personally not the biggest fan of dark chocolate, but the dark chocolate market is huge. It is all about finding what you like. My favorite are the “Justin’s dark chocolate peanut butter cups” and they are to die for. Not only can you just throw them in your bag but they are also delicious( and yes they come in milk chocolate which are equally as good).
