10 Best Places To Cry When You Cant Anymore At Temple

Being a student at Temple U can be hard. Shoot, being a student at any university can be a bit of a trip. Sometimes you’ve just got to let it all out, but the key is to know where to do so. On Temple’s campus, there are a few places where you’ll get the very best bawl for your buck. These are the 10 best places to cry around campus!

1. Your Dorm Room

What better place is there to pour out your heart and soul than the comfort of your own dormitory? Equipped with a bed, your pillow, and often your very own roommate, you’re sure to feel all the necessary *feels* when crying here.

2. Your Building’s Elevator (or apartment staircase)

After your aforementioned possible roommate kicks you out, it’s only right to ugly cry on your way out your house. Go out and get some fresh air, it’s clearly long overdue.

3. Dining Hall of Your Choice

Between J&H and Morgan, people will think you’re just crying over the food. I mean, why wouldn’t you. Go on, let it out! (Unless it’s Wing Wednesday. Then it better be tears of joy).

4. Tyler School of Art

This is a good place to bare your emotions because then you become super ~artsy~. Art students seem to get their inspiration from all things, so make sure to give your best cry face because you might end up apart of a mural tomorrow.

5. In Class

What can I say? It’s where the magic happens. C’mon, we’ve all been there. No? Just me? Moving on…

6. The Student Center

The student center is such a hustle and bustle place that your tears will probably go unnoticed. Just grab an Auntie Anne’s pretzel or some waffle fries from the new Chic-Fil-A and use them as a tissue while you bawl until you fall.

7. At the Tech Center Starbucks

Tech Center Starbucks is a great place if you’re a long time crier. You’ve got all week to cry me a river (hey, JTims) all you want… that is, until it closes Saturday. But, just come back late Sunday and get right back to it!

8. At the Tech Center

If the Starbucks isn’t your scene, just mosey on upstairs to the actual Tech Center! You’ll fit right in, especially around finals when it smells like stress and procrastination anyways. Nobody’ll be able to tell if you’re crying or studying.

9. On Beury Beach

If you’re more of an outdoor-sy crier, Beury Beach is your spot. Just throw on some shades, lay on your baby blanket, and cry while everyone around you mix, mingle and have a great time!

10. At the Bell Tower

This is for the almighty crier. The one who has no shame about their tears. Who sees no shame in the crying game. Just go on over and start dancing with Temple’s infamous dancers-that-don’t-go-here while you cry the day away. Fun fun fun!!
