Natural Conditioning Masks To Have Shiny Hair

We all deserve to have shiny and commercial worth it hair. While sometimes is not that easy to get since we tend to treat our hair as if it was invincible, we iron it, blow dry it or dye it constantly and sometimes forget to treat it with the correct treatments to make it go back to its natural glow. That’s why we decided to bring some completely natural hair masks that you can easily do at home because the ingredients needed are found at any supermarket and sometimes you can even have them already in your house. We recommend doing any of these conditioning masks at least once a week, you could even choose a day to dedicated it completely to yourself! Get your treatments ready, a glass of your favorite wine and a movie to relax and give yourself a little love. Or you could share this experience with your girlfriends assuring every single one of you gets shiny, hydrated and frizz-free hair without using any chemical conditioners!

1. Vinegar And Egg Hair Mask

These two ingredients are probably something we didn’t thought we could add to our hair to make it not only shiner but stronger also. To make this hair mask you will need to have eggs, vinegar, olive oil, honey, and lemon. Start by whisking two to three eggs according to your hair’s volume, a tablespoon of vinegar and two teaspoons of lemon juice mixing them well. Then add about one and a half spoon of olive oil and one tablespoon of honey, mix everything in the blender until you get a thick paste. Apply the mixture in your hair tips and leave it for around 10-15 minutes before rinsing it off with water and washing your hair as you normally do. Eggs will help with keeping your hair shiner, olive oil helps with stronger hair, honey will make it stay hydrated and vinegar will avoid hair loss.

2. Moringa Hair Mask

You have probably heard a lot about moringa recently because this plant has been proved to have lots of medicinal properties and health benefits. Knowing that is no surprise that it’s great for keeping your hair healthy too! To make this hair mask you will need moringa oil, honey and a ripe avocado. Start by mixing a tablespoon of moringa oil with a tablespoon of honey and one ripe small avocado. It’s better to add the ingredients to a blender and mix them until you get a soft and fluffy mixture. Apply the mixture on damp hair and massage it through the scalp. You can cover it with a shower cap and let it rest for about 20 to 30 minutes before rinsing it out. The moringa oil will deeply moisturize, condition, detangle and promote hair growth, honey will leave your hair well-nourished and avocado will soothe the scalp and prevent dandruff.

3. Brown Sugar And Olive Oil Hair Mask

A hair treatment that will help you will be leaving your hair smelling extra sweet. To make this hair mask you will need just two ingredients that are really easy to find; brown sugar and olive oil.  Mix two tablespoons of brown sugar with one tablespoon of olive oil until well combined, then apply to your hair from top to bottom, you can cover your hair with a shower cap and let it sit for about 20 minutes then rinse it off with hot water and follow your normal beauty routine. The brown sugar will help you exfoliating the skin of the scalp and getting rid of all those dead skin cells from or any other leftover residue buildup. While the olive oil helps to achieve a shiner and soft hair.

4. Apple Cider Vinegar Hair Mask

This is a no necessary to rinse hair treatment that will play wonders on your hair. For making it you will only need one tablespoon of honey, two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and two cups of water. Mix everything in a bowl until the mixture is homogenous. Then keep it where you take a shower when you have shampooed your hair pour the mixture over the hair tips avoiding the scalp but avoid rinsing it any further! Apple cider vinegar is full of vitamin C and B which will keep your hair healthier, it also helps avoiding dandruff since it exfoliates the skin and adds as an antimicrobial. The honey will help you with keeping your hair shinier, softer and really hydrated.

5. Banana, Yogurt And Honey Hair Mask

Don’t get confused by the ingredients we are trying to prepare a hair mask, not a dessert! Start by getting a banana, plain natural yogurt and honey to create this treatment. Then combine the sliced banana with two tablespoons of plain natural yogurt and a tablespoon of honey. Apply the mask to your damp hair from top to bottom massaging your scalp, you can tie the hair up and leave it for approximately 30 minutes before rinsing it off and washing your hair as you normally do. The banana will help you eliminate the frizz and lock moisture in your hair, will the yogurt will help you treat dull and damaged hair. Honey works wonder with keeping healthy and shiny hair.

6. Coconut Oil, Strawberry And Honey Hair Mask

After this treatment your hair will end up smelling as if you had poured a tropical cocktail on it, just delicious! For making it you will need fresh strawberries, coconut oil and honey. Start by adding a tablespoon of coconut oil, a tablespoon of honey and approximately eight strawberries to a blender until they form a puree. Then apply this mixture to your damp hair, leave it for around 10 minutes and then rinse with warm water. The honey will make your hair super moist, while the coconut oil will add extra hydration to your hair, it works perfectly if you have damaged or dry hair. The strawberries are full of vitamin C which will encourage the production of collagen and eliminate excess grease of your hair.
