Older — Ben Platt

Ben Platt’s song Older speaks so much truth to how we view our lives. “When you are younger, you’ll wish you’re older, then when you’re older, you’ll wish for time to turn around. Don’t let your wonder turn into closure.” This breathtaking song and music video perfectly encapsulates our obsession with wishing away our time and our tendencies to talk ourselves out of experiences before we even try them. He’s reminding us to live in the now, and chase what makes our hearts filled with joy, love, and light.

Come Home — Antix

This mellow song by Antix carries along with it some heavy lyrics. He reminds us that we all have our own battles and struggles to face, and that we continue to fight through it despite it all. His call for us to come home is a reminder that we are more than the issues we face in life, and that we are not alone.
