Mental health disorders have been stigmatized and are often shied away from. With the growth of social media platforms, more and more people have been open about discussing mental health diseases and the challenges that often come with these diseases. There are many sources that people can seek to help them better understand mental illnesses as well as cope with the ones that they have. These podcasts are incredible resources that allow people to realize they are not alone in this fight. 

The Hilarious World Of Depression

Hosted by John Moe, The Hilarious World of Depression interviews guests who have learned to deal with depression throughout their lives and have managed to laugh along the way. The hilarious points that are showcased throughout the show is a welcome contribution to the mental health disease. John Moe has had guests such as; Maria Bamford, Paul F. Tompkins, Jen Kirkman, and Andy Richter, all of who suffer from depressive episodes. They work to help destigmatize the depression diagnosis while destigmatizing through laughs and conversation.
