Marshmallow dessert recipes go far and beyond from the classic s’more! Marshmallow is perfect for desserts because of its great texture and delicious taste. There’s a variety of desserts it can be used for from cookies to pie and even more than that! Just because you aren’t around a campfire doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy the fluffy goodness of marshmallows for dessert. Here are 10 marshmallow dessert recipes that are impossible to resist!

1. Yummy Cracker Snacks

This recipe for these yummy cracker snacks is super easy to follow and very tasty! No baking required just need the stovetop to melt some chocolate candies. You’ll need Ritz crackers, creamy peanut butter, marshmallow creme, milk chocolate candy coating, and maybe some sprinkles if you want! Take the Ritz crackers and spread one with peanut butter, then the other with tasty marshmallow creme and make a cracker sandwich. You’ll then dip the cracker sandwiches into the melted candy coating and place them on wax paper and in the refrigerator to set for about 15 minutes. You’ll need sweetened condensed milk, creamy peanut butter, milk chocolate chips, vanilla extract, miniature marshmallows, mini pretzels (broken), and Rice Krispies. You should be able to whip these up in about 20 minutes and then just need to let them set in the refrigerator for about four hours.

After one taste you’ll not only make this one of your go-to marshmallow dessert recipes but it will be impossible to go back to Hostess ding dongs. The recipe calls for all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, extra-fine granulated sugar, baking soda, egg, buttermilk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, salt, water, and marshmallow creme. You also need a whole different set of ingredients to make the chocolate ganache/sauce so don’t forget to check those before going to the store.

This is an easy recipe to make and is so good you won’t soon forget it. The recipe is for chocolate marshmallow cutouts which are essentially rich and fudgy chocolate cookies that are filled with a delicious marshmallow filling! You need butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, all-purpose flour, baking cocoa, baking soda, salt, and marshmallow creme. It can take a while to make these chocolate marshmallow cutouts as you’ll need to let the dough refrigerate for about an hour before you can shape then bake them.

This recipe gives a fun twist on classic chocolate milk by adding a mixture of whipped cream and marshmallow topping! It makes for a good choice when you want marshmallow dessert recipes that aren’t too sugary and can be more of a snack than a full dessert. You’ll mix up the whipped cream and marshmallow topping together then put it in the bottom of a cup. Put that cup into the freezer for about half an hour then add your chocolate milk on top and enjoy!

The recipe uses shortening, peanut butter, sugar, packed brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, all-purpose flour, mini marshmallows, and semisweet chocolate chips. First, you’ll make the peanut butter dough with the shortening, peanut butter, sugars, eggs, vanilla, and flour. Once mixed bake for about 16 minutes in a 12-in pizza pan, then fill with the marshmallows and chocolate chips and cook for another five minutes or so!

7. Dark Chocolate Salted Caramel Dipped Marshmallows

This is one of the more straightforward marshmallow dessert recipes on here as you’re making marshmallows covered with melted chocolate, crushed graham crackers, and salted caramel! For this recipe, you’ll need a bag of large marshmallows, caramel sauce (link to the recipe found on the website), dark chocolate, coconut (or canola) oil, and crushed graham cracker crumbs. First off, you’ll freeze the marshmallows for about 15 minutes which gives you time to make the 6-minute caramel sauce! Then dip the bottom end of each marshmallow into the caramel sauce and put it back on the parchment paper and back into the freezer. Melt the chocolate while the caramel freezes onto the marshmallows, then dip the marshmallows into the melted chocolate! Top with any remaining melted chocolate or caramel sauce as well as some crushed graham cracker crumbs!

8. Lemony Gingerbread Whoopie Pies

These lemony gingerbread whoopie pies use a fair amount of ingredients and take a bit of time to make but are so good you’ll thank yourself afterward for making them. The recipe takes about 35 minutes or so to prep and bake but you will need to refrigerate parts of it for up to three hours. The ingredients used for the cookies are butter, packed brown sugar, molasses, egg, all-purpose flour, ground ginger, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, and sugar. The delicious, marshmallow filling uses butter, marshmallow creme, confectioners’ sugar, and lemon extract.

If you wanted some no-bake marshmallow dessert recipes then this recipe for chocolate marshmallow pie is right up your alley. The crust for the pie is made of crushed Oreos then filled with a delicious filling of melted marshmallows, melted milk chocolate, and whipped cream. Chill the completed pie for about two hours then garnish with more whipped cream and marshmallows!
