Kim Kardashian And Kanye West Welcome Baby #3 Via Surrogate!

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West welcome baby #3 via surrogate on Monday, making them officially a family of 5! The couple, who are already parents of two, North and Saint, will now have an additional 7 pound baby girl added to the mix. The reality star confirmed the news on her app, stating:

“Kanye and I are happy to announce the arrival of our healthy, beautiful baby girl. We are incredibly grateful to our surrogate who made our dreams come true with the greatest gift one could give and to our wonderful doctors and nurses for their special care. North and Saint are especially thrilled to welcome their baby sister.”

Kim Kardashian West decided to take the surrogacy path after a rough battle with preeclampsia and placenta accentra in her former pregnancies, deeming it unsafe for her to carry another child.

The surrogacy was announced in a teaser for season 14 of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, when Kardashian-West asks sister Khloe Kardashian to “guess what” during a phone conversation. The “guess what” led to a major answer, that revealed the star is pregnant with her third child via surrogate!

This is the first confirmed birth of (potentially) three pregnant sisters as Khloe Kardashian announced her pregnancy via Instagram back in December of 2017. Kylie Jenner, who has been highly speculated of being pregnant, has not yet confirmed anything.
