How To Get The Most Out of SunFest

Do you want to go to an outdoor music festival? SunFest might be your next go to this May. SunFest is a musical/art festival. It happens every year in the first week of May in West Palm Beach, Florida. It also happens to be the state’s largest waterfront music/art festival. Here’s how you can get the most out of SunFest!!!

1. Buy Tickets Online

If you buy your ticket online you’ll end up paying only $16 a day. Sounds like your saving money. Also, don’t wait until the last minute to buy your ticket cause the prices do raise very quickly.

2. Parking

If you’re driving, the best option would be to park on the outskirts of downtown. Why not enjoy the walk to SunFest. Plus it’s way cheaper than the prices you’d be paying at the parking lot.

3. Bring a Flask

Highly recommend this!!! If you’re 21 and obviously want some drinks while you’re at SunFest a flask is a lot more discrete then a bottle. Plus you can fit soo much in a flask. Get all you’re friends to bring one each in each of your book bags and your set for unlimited drinks and good music.

4. Keep Everything in a bookbag

This is a must! Do you even realize how hard it is to carry a purse around with a bunch of stuff in it, I’d know cause I do it. Just bring a small bookbag, or a big one if you can handle carrying it all day.  You can even get a small one from 5 and below, there literally only $5 and you can fit soo much in one. Keep all your things compact, don’t overfill your bag, the more organized, the easier it will be to get something. The last thing you wanna do is waste time searching for stuff when you’re supposed to be enjoying yourself.

5. Portable Chargers are your friend

I know how much it sucks to take photos and videos and not be able to post it cause my phone died. So get a portable charger, another thing you can get from 5 and below for only $5. But you should invest in a good quality portable charger, something you could get on Amazon for cheap, just cause 5 and below chargers aren’t guaranteed long battery life. Don’t let your moments at SunFest slip away. Ps: they have charging ports everywhere, but why waste the walk and lose your spot.

6. Change of clothes

Let’s be real! If you’re gonna have drinks there’s a chance you’ll spill on yourself or may even get sick. You need a change of clothes for emergencies so that you don’t have to stay uncomfortable in your outfit, and you can change into something cozy. So bring a big t-shirt and maybe a pair of short or even a light sweater. Don’t deny yourself from being comfortable.

7. Bring a Blanket

I cannot stress this enough. I would say bring a foldable chair, but if you didn’t park close I’m sure you don’t wanna make the walk with a foldable chair in your hand. Plus if you or a friend wants to take a quick nap or just rest, it’s great to know you have a spot for that without missing all the fun at SunFest.
