With work and school, finding time to make a healthy meal can be a challenge.  We’ve put together a list of 10 healthy meals to make in under 30 minutes! 

1. Shrimp Fajitas

Making fajitas can seem like a daunting task but luckily this recipe makes it super simple!  Nothing is better than tossing some veggies and shrimp onto a single oven sheet and within 30 minutes you’ll have a healthy meal.  Don’t hesitate to add other types of veggies to the pan as well to make it your own!  You can also heat up some tortillas to make fajita tacos or just eat it out of a bowl.  Either way, this is an easy healthy meal for any night of the week.

2. Lemon Feta Couscous

Couscous is a simple and delicious thing to make for dinner and this recipe adds great flavor with the lemon and feta cheese.  This meal should only take about 15 minutes to make which makes it perfect to cook up after a busy day of school or work!  Although couscous is a good source of protein, feel free to cook up some chicken to add on top for an even bigger protein boost.
