The 90s style trend that is coming back into fashion has everyone, including me, reaching for their overalls, Lip Smackers and jelly sandals with glee. Even if you weren’t old enough to remember the 90s, you can appreciate the color and fun the era had with fashion. One of the best things that has come out of the 90s fashion revival is hair accessories. In particular, hair clips! Who can forget the iconic looks of Lizzie McGuire, Mary Kate and Ashley and celebs like Britney Spears and Sarah Michelle Geller? We might be leaving the crimped hair, dozens of mini buns and twist adorned butterfly clips in the past, but we are bringing everything else. Before you get too far back into the 90s style, you can keep it simple with the classic snap clip barrettes. Back in the day, you could get them in any color or pattern and today is no different. Whether you use them to keep your bangs under control to get baby hairs off your neck and keep your high pony in place, there is no wrong way to wear these. I am still a fan of doing one or two clips to keep my bangs back especially with two matching clips. You have a few options when it comes to celestial clips, either with star-like details on the end or a completely star-shaped clip that will add cute details to your hair! Stick with pastels to keep them cutesy and wear with just about anything for a soft touch. I have distinct memories of wearing red, white and blue star clips in my hair for the 4th of July but with cute pastel colors, you can wear them year-round!

This is another 90s-upgraded version of hair clips that is still very on-trend! The great thing about getting a pearl-embellished clip is that you can totally rock the oversized clip trend with it! A giant pearl clip looks oh-so-chic whether you wear it to a wedding, BBQ or just to the office. The pearls are classic so no matter where the clip trend goes, you can be sure it will stand the test of time! Definitely mix up the shape and style of the clips so you have one to go with every outfit and look!

I absolutely think these are just as cute as they were when I wore them but hopefully now, we have figured out a better way of keeping the rubber design on!
