There’s a wide selection of barbecue pork ribs, pulled pork sandwiches, chicken, and so much more. The vendors usually have a competition of who has the best ribs, sauce, etc. The best part about this festival is that it raises money to eliminate domestic violence and child abuse.
This street market is on 1340 W Washington Blvd, Chicago, IL 60607 and opens from 10 am to 5 pm! General admission for this event is $8 and there is a fee because this event isn’t subsidized by the city or state. This street market offers a variety of things. There’s food and if you’re 21+, there’s a wide range of alcohol. If you don’t wanna be outside for the whole time, you can shop indoors! There’s over 125+ vendors that sell clothes, jewelry, food, etc.
