Facial Toners You Have To Try

Facial toners are really skipped over in a lot of peoples skincare routines. Before I ramble on about what facial toners to use, I’ll give you a break down about what they are.

Typically they are used right after you cleanse your skin. They are a lotion or a wash that gets applied to the skin normally using a cotton pad or ball. Toners can remove unwanted oil and grime that didn’t come up while cleansing the skin and shrink the pores but they do some much more than that. Toners help to restore the pH balance in your skin that can get out of whack after using a cleanser that is alkaline in nature. It also adds a layer of protection because it helps tighten and close pores and cell caps in the skin. Toners will give a refreshing feel to the skin as well.

There are so many on the market it’s hard to know which one to pick. Some can be really pricey while others are cheaper but that doesn’t mean they don’t do a good job. All of these toners will help hydrate the skin, leaving you with a beautiful complexion.

In years past, toners were considered an unnecessary step in your beauty routine but times have change ladies and gentlemen. Most toners now are alcohol-free because before they contained too much that would strip your skin of its natural oils.

If you are still sceptical, don’t be! Toners are scary and are usually sensitive on the skin. They basically look like water but do so much more because of the antioxidants that they contain. If any of those benefits sound good to you, it’s time to go out and pick up some facial toners.
