Breakfast is apparently the most important meal of the day but with busy schedules, it’s also the easiest meal to skip. Morning routines are stressful enough without having to worry about preparing, cooking and cleaning up a meal. If you don’t have time to spare but also want to begin your day right consider these 12 easy morning recipes!
1. Bananas & Toppings
This is a great idea if you babysit or have children of your own in the morning. Sometimes it can be hard to get everyone out of the door and to eat but these are as cute as they are tasty. They are an expected breakfast recipe that is also fast.

They are a simple breakfast ideal for someone who has literally no time in the morning or for someone who would rather sleep and eat at work or school than wake up early to make breakfast. Another great overnight oats recipe is this banana one. Bananas go bad almost immediately and it can be a struggle to use up a bunch of bananas before they become trash. The great thing about overnight oats is that you prepare it the night before and can take it with you. These will make sure you get the most of your banana.
11. Mini Waffles
These are as cute as they are easy. They are something that you can make if you have a guest in the morning but still need to get out the door quickly. Plus because these aren’t nearly as perishable as other breakfast items you can store them in your fridge and eat them throughout the week. Their size also makes them an ideal travel breakfast. Just make sure you don’t spill the syrup on you.
12. Fruit, Grains & Yogurt
This is a simple breakfast that can be completed in a matter of minutes. It’s in a bowl, meaning you can carry it with you throughout the house during your morning routine. If you want to be extra fast, make sure that you lay out all of your ingredients that can stay out and make sure your fruit is cut up to your liking.
