Ingredients:

  • 1 lb of softened cream cheese
  • 8 oz of shredded Italian- blend cheese
  • 8 oz of cooked and crumbled Italian Sausage 
  • 1 can of pizza sauce 
  • 2 tsp of Italian seasoning 
  • Pepperoni Slices

Directions:

  • Combine cream cheese, Italian blend cheese, sausage, pizza sauce, and Italian seasoning and put in crockpot.
  • cover and cook on high for one hour or until melted and bubbling.
  • sprinkle with additional cheese
  • top with pepperoni slices

Crockpot Berry Cobbler

Ingredients:

  • 2 bags of mixed berries-frozen
  • 3 tbsp of flour
  • 2/3 cup of sugar
  • box of cake mix (white or yellow)
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1 tbsp of sugar 
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon

Directions:

  • In a bowl, add berries, 2/3 cup of sugar, and flour
  • stir and add to crockpot
  • add the cake mix and sprinkle evenly over berries 
  • evenly distribute slices of butter on top of dry cake mix
  • cook for three hours on high
  • mix cinnamon and sugar
  • uncover crockpot and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture 
  • cook for 15 more minutes and enjoy!

Directions:

  • brown ground beef in a saucepan
  • add the browned meat and remaining ingredients to crockpot and cook on low for 4-6 hours
  • serve on buns with a sprinkling of cheese and enjoy 

Reese’s Crockpot Peanut Butter Cup Chocolate Cake

This is one of those crockpot dishes practically no one knows about. When I came across this recipe I couldn’t wait to share it! Just looking at the name makes you want to run to get your crockpot and get started. This sweet dish is sure to silence your chocolate cravings!

Ingredients:

  • Devil’s food cake mix and ingredients for mix (eggs, melted butter, and water)
  • Warm glaze- melted peanut butter and powdered sugar
  • Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups

Directions:

  • Mix Devils food cake mix in large bowl 
  • Stir in Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups (leave some aside for topping)
  • Spray Crockpot with non-stick spray and pour batter into it
  • Cook on high for 2 hours without opening the lid
  • Combine melted peanut butter and powdered sugar when cooking time is done. Pour over the hot cake
  • Top with remaining Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • Eggs
  • Milk
  • Salt and pepper 
  • Garlic powder
  • Frozen shredded potatoes
  • Ham -fully cooked and diced 
  • Chopped onion
  • Shredded cheese

Directions:

  • Crack your eggs into bowl and add milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix
  • Spray your crockpot with non stick spray.
  • Place a third of your frozen shredded potatoes in the crockpot
  • Layer with a third of each of the following ingredients- ham, onion and cheese. Repeat the layers two more times 
  • Pour your egg mixture into the crockpot 
  • Cook on low heat covered until eggs are set and the edges begin to brown. About 5-6 hours.

Crockpot Baked Ziti

I know I personally love myself a great pasta dish. But a baked ziti that practically cooks itself all day? Count me in! This is one of the longer crockpot dishes, but the wait is worth it!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef 
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried parsley 
  • 28 oz of can diced tomatoes
  • 2 1/2 cups of pasta sauce
  • 4 cups of ziti or any other pasta
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:

  • In a large skillet cook ground beef and onion until browned 
  • Stir in garlic and salt and cook for 1 minute
  • Add beef mixture, basil, parsley, tomatoes, pasta sauce, and water to crockpot and stir.
  • Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours 
  • turn slow cooker to high and add pasta, stir until combined. Cover and continue cooking for 15 minutes
  • Stir when 15 minutes are up. Cover and let cook for another 15 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with cheese and cover for 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted

Crockpot BBQ Chicken

This is one of the easiest and tastiest crockpot dishes. All it takes is 5 ingredients and a crockpot and in just a couple of hours you can have delicious BBQ chicken in the palm of your hand, although I prefer it in a bun.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup of BBQ sauce 
  • 1/4 cup of Italian dressing 
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
  • salt

Directions:

  • Season chicken breast lightly with salt. Place in crockpot
  • In a bowl, combine BBQ sauce, Italian dressing, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until well combined
  • Pour BBQ sauce mixture over chicken. Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours
  • Once time is up, you can serve whole, or shred with two forks. If you shred, cover and let cook for about 10-15 more minutes.
  • Serve anyway you want and enjoy!

Crockpot General Tso’s Chicken

Looking for an Asian dish but don’t want another night of takeout? Here is one of coolest crockpot dishes I found. I know you can make practically anything in a crockpot, but General Tso’s Chicken? Sign me up!

Ingredients:

  • 3 chicken breasts- cut into bite size pieces 
  • 1/4 cup of cornstarch
  • 2 tbs of vegetable oil
  • 1 cup of hoisin sauce 
  • 4 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 4 tbsp light brown sugar 
  • 2 tsp of sesame oil
  • green onions (optional)
  • sesame seeds (optional)

Directions:

  • Add chicken and cornstarch to a large ziplock bag and add cornstarch. Toss to coat the chicken.
  • Heat in oil in a large skillet. Sauté chicken until golden brown. 
  • Add chicken to the crockpot
  • In a bowl add hoisin sauce, vinegar, sugar and sesame oil to a medium bowl and whisk until combined.
  • Pour sauce onto chicken and stir to coat. 
  • Cook on low for 2-3 hours
  • Serve with green onion and sesame seeds (optional)
