The classic Arizona Sandal is a fan favorite and is their most popular style of Birkenstock. I own three pairs of this sandal and wear them in a constant rotation throughout the warm months. They go with casual clothes and bit more dressed up attire as well! You are guaranteed to get use out of them and the world is your oyster when sporting them.
Their Mayari Sandal is another one of their popular styles. They’ve risen to popularity over the past couple of years and I’ve been dying for a pair. Mayaris also can be worn casually or more dressed up, so you will definitely get use out of them.
Birkenstocks are sold at various different stores. If you are looking for a more affordables pair, you could even find them at a DSW or other Warehouse stores.
Dolce Vita
If you are looking for a more dressed up summer sandal, Dolce Vita is the company for you. Their sandals are perfect for a night on the town, brunch with your friends or even a more formal event. Also, if you are on the shorter side, Dolce Vita gives you height while still maintaining comfort ability. In my experience, it has been hard to find cute heeled sandals that don’t make me blister or walk on concrete at the end of the night. But, Dolce Vita truly defies the odds.
Their Paily Slip-on Sandals are their best seller and my personal favorite from their shoe line. They come in many colors and will make your outfits effortlessly fancy. I once wore these summer sandals to lunch and got various compliments on them. If you want to catch people’s eye, these are the sandals for you.

Chunky Platform Sandals
As you know, the 90’s are back, and so are these summer sandals. They will be all over the streets, fashion magazines and runways this season. Their simple but sleek look make them easy to wear with any outfit and add a touch of that grunge 90’s look that everyone is dying to achieve.
Many companies sell different variations of these sandals, making it easy to find these platforms in your price range. The only complaint I have about them is that if you blister easily, they might be uncomfortable to break in at first. But, the pain will be worthwhile when you are receiving compliments for wearing the hottest shoe of the summer season.

If you are going for a more sporty or casual look, Tevas are the Sandal for you. Unlike the other sandals listed, Tevas are meant for the outdoors and adventure. So, whether you want to go on a moonlit bike ride or a thrilling hiking trip with some friends, these sandals are the perfect option. You may be wondering how a sandal could take on such physical activity without a catch, but their supportive rubber soles and waterproof style make the impossible possible.
Tevas are for more casual outfits and are not meant to be dressed up, but you will easily be able to pair them with your everyday street wear. They come in many styles and colors, so you are bound to find the perfect ones for you.

J/Slides
J/Slides are hands down my favorite on this list because of the variety within their line. Unlike the other brands, J/Slides has everything from lounging sandals to Fancy sandals to choose from. You can find any sandal for any occasion.
These are my personal favorites from their line. Like Birkenstocks, they have the same two strap design, but put a twist on them. J/Slides take this original design and add buckles, snake skin, rhinestones, etc. The added flare makes it a good sandal for any occasion, whether it is casual or dressy. Not to mention, they are very comfortable shoes and are easy to break in.
You can find J/Slides at practically any retail store or at warehouse retailers like DSW. The prices vary from sandal to sandal, but depending on where you get them, you could get a great deal on these to die for summer sandals.
Steve Madden
The beauty of the company Steve Madden is that they take the design of high-end shoes and make them affordable. You could find sandals from their company that look similar to Louis Vuitton, Gucci, and Prada Sandals, but for a fraction of the price.
These summer sandals are actually a dupe of Valentino’s famous studded sandals that everyone is dying to get their hands on them. I own a pair of Steve Madden’s dupe and they are almost identical to the real $800 dollar shoe. Steve Madden proves that you can look like you’re wearing high-end shoe wear without making your pockets hurt.
Steve Madden sandals are found at most retailers and are easy to get your hands on. They even have their own stores and they’re heaven to shop at.
