Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 pinch cumin
  • 1 pinch oregano
  • 1 ½ pound skirt steak, cut into half inch pieces 
  • 12 corn tortillas, warmed
  • ¾ onion, diced
  • ½ cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime cut into wedges, for serving

Directions

Begin by taking a medium mixing bowl and add your soy sauce, canola oil, lime juice, garlic, chili powder, cumin and oregano. In a Ziploc bag, pour in your lime juice mixture and add your steak. Marinate for at last 1 hour and up to 4 hours. The longer you let it marinate the more flavor it’ll have. Heat the remaining oil in a large pan over medium high heat. Add your steak and marinade to the pan and cook for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring constantly. Assemble your tacos with your garnish and onion. Serve and enjoy.

  • 1 cup cilantro, stems removed
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  • ¼  cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Burrito Bowls

  • 1 cup farro
  • 1 cup pico de gallo
  • 1 cup avocado, halved peeled, seeded and sliced thinly
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 lime cut into wedges

Directions

In a medium mixing bowl, combine your cilantro, soy sauce, olive oil, orange juice, lime juice, garlic, cumin, jalapeno and pepper. Take half of your mixture and refrigerate it until you’re ready to serve. In a Ziploc bag, combine your steak and remaining cilantro mixture. Marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Be sure to turn the bag occasionally to ensure that all surfaces of the meat are getting the marinade. Drain the marinade out of the bag. Preheat your stove to medium high heat. Pat dry your steak with your paper towels and season with your salt and pepper. Add your steak to the pan and flip until done, about 5 to 6 minutes. Thinly slice your steaks. Combine your cilantro lime vinaigrette ingredients. Combine your bowl ingredients. Assemble your burrito bowl. Serve and enjoy.

Directions

Preheat your oven to 400 F. Lightly oil a baking sheet. Take a medium bowl and combine your soy sauce, chili powder, lime juice, cumin and oregano. Heat up yoru canola oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add your steak and soy sauce mixture and cook. Stir constantly until the steak begins to brown and your mixture has reduced. About 5 to 6 minutes. Arrange your tortilla chips in a single layer in the baking sheet. Top with your steak, pico de gallo and cheese. Place in your oven and let bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from heat. Serve and enjoy.

Take a large baking dish and combine your marinade ingredients. Add your steak in a single layer and turn to coat your carne asada. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Take a medium pan on medium high heat. Add some cooking oil and cook your steaks for 7 to 10 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes. Make your mashed potatoes according to the package. Serve and enjoy.

  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 pounds of skirt steak
  • 1 tsp steak seasoning
  • 8 oz of cream cheese
  • 1 cup pepper cheese, shredded
  •  ½ cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 10 jalapenos

Directions

Start by combining your sriracha, soy sauce, steak seasoning and garlic in a medium mixing bowl. Add your steak to the marinade. Place your steak and marinade in the fridge for at least 20 minutes. While you’re waiting on your steak, combine your cream cheese, 1 squirt of sriracha, cheese and bacon together in a small bowl. Prepare your jalapenos, slice the stems off and remove the seeds and membranes. Spoon your bacon and cream cheese into the jalapeno halves. Remove from the steak and marinade and slice into strips. Wrap a piece of steak around each jalapeno. On a skewer, place 4 poppers and heat in a pan or on a grill. Cook for 5 minutes per side. Serve and enjoy.
