As we all know, fast food isn’t the greatest. But, there are times when you have absolutely no time to pack a lunch and don’t want to spend a ridiculous amount of money on food. So, you stop at McDonalds. But, that doesn’t mean you have to go for the Big Mac. Here is a healthy guide to eating at McDonalds.

1.Eggs are part of a healthy breakfast.

All-day breakfast options are a healthy alternative to fried foods. McDonald’s biscuits contain eggs and protein. So, go for an egg sandwich!

2. Bread can be removed from burgers and all-day breakfast options.

McDonald’s burgers and biscuits can be ordered without the bread and buns. Other foods can be eaten in lieu of pancakes, or McDonald’s hotcakes.

Sodas, fruit juices, and sweetened caffeinated drinks are the more unhealthy beverages at McDonald’s. So, save yourself the calories and go with the other options.

4. The fruit and yogurt parfait is a healthy option at McDonald’s.

Fibers in the fruit promote health. For an even healthier serving, opt for the fruit and yogurt parfait without granolas.
